Gran Turismo 5

Fans of Gran Turismo:The Real Driving Simulator know full well by now that announced release dates are to be taken with a grain of salt. It was generally accepted by the fans that November 2 2010 would finally bring it home to our consoles. Then the 2nd came and passed without any new cars in our garage leaving us with nothing more than the shaft and the anxiety of waiting for the next release date.
To add insult to injury the creator of the series Kazunori Yamauchi in an interview with Autoweek let it slip that he was currently at work on Gran Turismo 6.
Really ?!? You've got to be kidding ! No new game as promised and then Mr.Yamauchi you tell the press that you are busy working on GT6.
Come on Man, stop feeding us a line and release the game your apparently holding for a small ransom.
In the interview Kazunori Yamauchi does say that over 2000 days were spent working on Gran Turismo 5, he also said that the discs have already been pressed and are awaiting the green light by Sony.
He did go onto say that it would be released before the end of the year but Sony would not confirm it.
Personally I'm tired of being lied to and if no new game appears before 2011 I most certainly will not be buying a new copy of it.
